Our apartment is situated close to the woods in a very peaceful location on the edge of Serfaus. In winter, you can reach the cable cars on skis and a ski descent and toboggan run pass by the building. The centre of the resort is just a few minutes’ walk away over the pedestrian bridge and the cable cars are just a few minutes away.

The apartments are available to occupy from 14.30 on the arrival date. And on the departure date, we request that apartments are vacated by 9.30.
Parking is available right by the accommodation.
Prices are subject to modification in the case of short stays or a different number of guests. In this case, we can calculate an individual price for you.
Invoice to be paid in cash the day prior to the departure date.
Bookings are only valid following receipt of a written booking confirmation! The terms of the Austrian Hotel Contract apply to all reservations.
